Coconut Oil Chocolate Fudge

I have been experimenting with a lot of different snacks & desserts as i definitely have a sweet tooth but i want to shy away from processed foods. These Chocolate Fudge squares were delicious. You can keep them in the fridge or freezer, cut into squares, ready for when you have a snack attack.
